Duel Gambling Site (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Immortal Snail LLC (“Duel”, “we”, or “us”), a company registered in Nevis with registration number L22982 and registered office at Arthur L. Evelyn Building, Suite 5, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any rules that apply to specific games or features. These form a binding agreement between you and Immortal Snail LLC, the licensed operator of Duel.

We’ve kept these terms as clear as possible, but this is still a legal agreement. If anything here isn’t clear to you, consult a legal advisor before continuing.

We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use Duel after any changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms. The English version of this document is the official one and will apply in the event of any conflict with a translated version.

Account Security

You are responsible for ensuring that your account is secure. We will not be liable for any losses or damages from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

The user is responsible for securing their login credentials. We shall not be liable for lost user accounts, the funds contained within, or any other resulting damages if the user knowingly or unknowingly provides a third party with their login credentials.

Duel accounts are not intended to be shared, and any sharing of accounts may lead to termination or other restrictions.

You must not exploit bugs, errors, bonuses, or affiliate systems for unfair advantage. If you discover an exploit, report it immediately to [email protected] and do not use it.

We reserve the right to void transactions, reclaim funds, terminate accounts, and pursue legal action against users engaged in exploitative behavior.

By using the Services, you agree not to:

1. Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks.
2. Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or manipulate the Services.
3. Disobey network regulations connected to the Services.
4. Circumvent technological access controls.
5. Engage in any conduct not within the spirit of fair play or these Terms.

Betting

All bets are final. If you lose funds by placing a bet, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Some games, lotteries, or sports betting markets on the site may have their own specific rules. If there’s ever a conflict between those rules and these Terms of Service, these Terms will take priority.

Deposits & Withdrawals

We do not provide refunds for deposits by default.

If you’re depositing or withdrawing using cryptocurrency, it’s your responsibility to use the correct address and network. We are not liable for losses resulting from user error.

Duel does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party providers may charge network or processing fees, and you are responsible for covering them.

We work hard to make deposits and withdrawals smooth and user-friendly. However, mistakes can happen. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect transactions or accidental transfers initiated by you.

We reserve the right to request KYC (identity verification) before processing a withdrawal. If you refuse or fail to provide required documents, we are not liable for any resulting loss of access to your funds.

Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive with no login activity for a continuous period of six (6) years, it will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reclaim any remaining balance in dormant accounts. We may attempt to contact you at your registered email address before reclaiming funds but are not obligated to do so.

Financial Services Disclaimers

Duel accounts do not accrue interest. You shall not treat Duel as a financial institution.

We are not a financial institution, and we don’t have the necessary licenses to act as a cryptocurrency exchange. For this reason, we do not allow you to trade cash and cryptocurrencies.

Any deposits to a User’s Duel account must be made by using the User’s personal means of payment. A User must not allow third parties to use his Duel account to make deposits or withdrawals from his Duel account.

Who Can Use Duel?

You must be over the age of 18 and over the legal age to gamble in your area of jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that gambling is legal in your area of jurisdiction. Ensuring you are legally permitted to use the service is your sole responsibility. Duel makes no claims and provides no guarantees that using the service is legal for you.

Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions based on the net revenue generated by referred users.

Affiliates must not engage in self-referral or practices that violate the integrity of the program.

The company reserves the right to modify the commission structure and program terms.

Affiliates found breaching the program’s terms may have their accounts terminated, with potential forfeiture of pending commissions.

We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or reassign any username or referral code at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. While usernames and referral codes are unique when created, you do not acquire any permanent rights to them, and we may change or remove them without notice or compensation.

Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy.

When you use Duel, we collect only the data we need to provide a smooth and fair experience. This includes basic account information and gameplay activity. We won’t collect anything just for the sake of it – and we definitely won’t sell your data.

We also store sensitive documents like KYC securely and restrict employee access as much as possible. We work with Checkin.com as a recipient of personal data. The purpose of this data sharing is to identify users and/or verify documents.

You’re responsible for keeping your account login safe. If someone accesses your account because of leaked or stolen credentials – whether through phishing or other means – we’re not liable for any resulting losses.

Limitation of Liability

Duel accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or consequences to you or third parties caused directly or indirectly by:
(a) errors, misprints, technical failures, system outages, transaction issues, display mistakes, communication problems, or any operational failures;
(b) force majeure events, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our control;
(c) user violations of terms, fraud, collusion, or criminal conduct;
(d) advice, guidance, or information provided by our staff or systems;
(e) telecommunications, data transmission, or infrastructure failures;
(f) financial risks including exchange rate fluctuations, processing fees, or market volatility; or
(g) any other issues arising from service use.

We guarantee no continuous availability, accuracy, or performance. Gambling involves inherent risk of loss. Your use is entirely at your own risk. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Duel website(s) including, without limitation, all copyright and related rights, design rights, and all trademark rights (whether registered or unregistered) in and to the website, software, images and text, and the domain names https://duelcasinos.net and (altogether the “IP Rights”) will, at all times, belong to Immortal Snail LLC.

Under the terms of the license granted under this Agreement, you are permitted to use the website only as expressly authorized by Duel. You agree not to copy, redistribute, publish, reproduce, transmit, display, commercially exploit, tamper with, or create derivative works of any of the IP Rights in whole or in part and you agree not to interfere with, modify, or reverse engineer any software provided on the Website.

Anti-money Laundering (AML) Compliance

Duel, its license regulator, or any governing authority can monitor or request to review all transactions to prevent money laundering. All suspicious transactions detected by Duel will be reported to the governing authorities.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and government agencies in all jurisdictions. If we receive a request, subpoena, court order, or other legal demand from any such authority, we reserve the right to:

• Freeze or withhold funds in your account pending the completion of an investigation.
• Provide account information, transaction history, and any other data requested by the authority.
• Extend the freeze period for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with the investigation.
• In cases where legally required or ordered by a court, transfer funds from your account directly to the requesting agency.

We are not required to notify you when we receive such requests if doing so would violate applicable law or interfere with an investigation. We accept no liability for any losses, delays, or consequences resulting from compliance with law enforcement requests or legal obligations.

The user warrants and represents:
(a) not to be restricted by limited legal capacity;
(b) not to be acting on behalf of another party;
(c) not to be classified as a compulsive problem gambler, and/or be included (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) on any register or database of excluded players;
(d) not to be depositing funds originating from criminal and/or other unauthorized activities;
(e) not to be conducting criminal activities whereby a Duel account is directly or indirectly involved;
(f) not to be depositing funds through means that the User is not authorized to use.

Payment Processing Disclosures

Payments may be handled on behalf of Immortal Snail LLC by authorized third-party payment processors as per agreements between the companies.

Duel may appoint a payment solution provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals, on behalf of Duel.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Each party bears its own arbitration costs.

Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be brought individually. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

We may seek court injunctions to protect our intellectual property rights without arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you irrevocably agree that the courts of Anjouan shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute, or difference concerning these Terms.
